Their most significant improvement came on the defensive side. Adding Matthew Judon and Justin Simmons are two players who can help this roster become a better defensive-minded team. Head coach Raheem Morris also loves the defensive aspect of the game.
The Falcons scored 18.9 points per game last year and ranked 26th overall. Defensively, they gave up 21.9 points per game and ranked 18th. Their additions on both sides of the ball could help swap these averages this year.
