The Fresno State Bulldogs will travel to Logan, Utah to face the Utah State Aggies at Maverik Stadium in a Mountain West showdown on Friday night in week 7 of the college football season which will air on the CBS Sports Network at 8:00 PM. 

Fresno State enters this game with a record of 5-1 following a 19-24 loss on the road against the Wyoming Cowboys while failing to cover the 5.5-point spread as a road favorite in week 6 of the college football season. The Bulldogs scored 19 points while compiling a total of 324 yards offensively which included 286 passing yards and 38 rushing yards while allowing 24 points and 329 total yards defensively which included 199 passing yards and 130 rushing yards. Mikey Keene led the team in passing, completing 23 of 35 attempts for 218 yards and a touchdown. Malik Sherrod led the team in rushing with 11 carries for 48 yards while adding two receptions for 17 yards. Jalen Moss led the team in receiving, catching nine of 11 targets for 115 yards and a touchdown.

The Utah State Aggies enter this game with a record of 3-3 following a 44-24 win on the road against the Colorado State Rams while covering the 3-point spread as a home underdog by winning the game outright in week 6 of the college football season. Utah State scored 44 points while compiling a total of 639 yards offensively which included 387 passing yards and 252 rushing yards while allowing 24 points and 323 total yards defensively which included 225 passing yards and 98 rushing yards. Cooper Legas led the team in passing, completing 19 of 29 attempts for 387 yards with four touchdowns and two interceptions. Davon Booth led the team in rushing with 14 carries for 141 yards and two touchdowns. Terrell Vaughn led the team in receiving, catching eight of ten targets for 143 yards and a touchdown.
