November 10, 2023
Two of the best teams in the Mountain West will face each other late Friday night when the Wyoming Cowboys travel to Paradise, Nevada to face the UNLV Rebels at Allegiant Stadium with kickoff scheduled for 10:45 PM ET and the game airing on Fox Sports 1 in week 11 of the college football season.
The Wyoming Cowboys have already qualified for a bowl game this season as they enter this game with a record of 6-3 and are tied for 4

place in the Mountain West along with the Boise State Broncos and San Jose State Spartans with the win last week at home against the Colorado State Rams by a score of 24-15 while covering the 6-point spread as a home favorite getting them to the magic number of 6 wins which means Wyoming will make a bowl game for the 3

season in a row. The Cowboys aren’t likely to make the Mountain West Championship game but could play spoiler in this matchup as the UNLV Rebels are still alive for a spot in the conference championship game.
The UNLV Rebels are one of the most improved teams in the Mountain West this season with a record of 7-2 and a conference record of 4-1 it puts the Rebels in a tie for 2

place in the Mountain West with the Fresno State Bulldogs. However, UNLV lost to Fresno State in week 9 of the college football season by a score of 24-31 so they will need the Bulldogs to lose another game to qualify for the Mountain West Championship game. The Rebels bounced back from that defeat in week 10 with an impressive performance on the road against the New Mexico Lobos by defeating the Lobos by a score of 56-14 while covering the 15-point spread as a road favorite. The Jayden Maiava to Ricky White connection played a pivotal role in the win as White had eight receptions for 165 yards and two touchdowns in the win against New Mexico.
BookMaker has the UNLV Rebels listed as 5.5-point favorites at home against the Wyoming Cowboys on Friday night in week 11 of the college football season. Wyoming has won seven of the last ten and two of the last three meetings while going 6-4 ATS in the last ten and 2-1 ATS in the last three games in the series. The Wyoming Cowboys are 5-3-1 ATS overall, 2-1 ATS on the road, 4-1 ATS as an underdog, and 3-2 ATS in conference games this season while the UNLV Rebels are 8-1 ATS overall, 3-1 ATS at home, 4-1 ATS as a favorite, and 4-1 ATS in conference games on the year.
UNLV has been one of the best teams in the Mountain West this season as they are 4-1 in their conference games. The Rebels are also one of the best teams in college football this season at covering the spread as they are 8-1 ATS overall while Wyoming has a winning record of 5-3-1, they have not been as good nor have they been as good at covering the spread in their conference games going 3-2 ATS in conference play while the Rebels are 4-1 ATS in their conference games.
