The Cleveland Guardians and Los Angeles Angels finish up their four-game series in California, which has been a back-and-forth matchup. Can the Angels remain strong at home?

The Guardians are nearly in the middle of the pack for the league rankings at 18^th. They have had issues lately closing games strong and it has affected their chances at the playoffs. Tanner Bibee (10-3) will hopefully slow down the Angels, with an ERA of 3.05.

Their batting average is comparable at .249, but they allow .254 from their opponents. This will likely get them in trouble if they are having issues on the mound.

Their averages are slightly more appealing in a few areas, but they typically have more in common. Their OBP is at .323, but their ERA is lacking at 4.73. They also have a strong slugging percentage at .432.

The Angels are about 15 games out from the lead set by the Houston Astros in the AL West. They do not seem to have consistency in their blood.

This series has been entertaining thus far, which should offer a great finish between these two teams. The Angels could be an appealing option if their pitching is strong within the first five innings or so. However, look for the Guardians to close out game four with a close battle and inch closer in their division.
