The Atlanta Hawks look to continue their nice start to the season when they clash against the Orlando Magic on Thursday night inside the Mexico City Arena in Mexico City. This is dubbed the NBA's Mexico City Game. They tip it off at 9:30 pm. 

Bookmaker has installed the Hawks as a slim - 2.5 point favorite. 

The Hawks (4-3) just saw their four-game winning streak come to a halt after they suffered a 126-117 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Hawks have some serious scorers on their roster, including a very streaky point guard in Trae Young, who is netting around 21.7 points per game. 

Atlanta looks for him to score first and foremost and this season he is getting some help from teammate shooting guard Dejounte Murray who is netting around 22 a game to go along with five rebounds and a solid 6.1 assists per game. 

Look for Young to push the pace and get Murray involved early in this one. Murray is a solid threat when it comes to playing with his back to the basket and he will be able to draw double teams that will allow Young to get freed up. 

The Hawks as a whole are connecting on a solid 55% from the floor, including 34.7& from beyond the arc. They are a streaky team as they had two back-to-back bad losses to start the season, but then they just went on a recent four-game winning streak. They need to do what they have been doing best this season, and that is winning the battle on the boards. They collect 48 boards a night and love to get up and down the court. 

The Magic (4-3) have won two of three overall and they are a young team that has expectations of making the playoffs this season. They have talented scorers and athleticism and they are not afraid to make it an ugly game as well. 

They are led by 20-year-old forward Paolo Banchero who is netting around 18 points a game while handing out 5.6 assists per contest. He is the face of the franchise and a building block and really came into his own as a rookie last season when he averaged 20 a game. 

Orlando is a solid rebounding team as well, but they need to do a better job of spacing on the floor. They are not the best three-point shooting teams in the league and the issue is when they get down big they have a tendency to force some bad shots. They need to get clean looks and knock down their shots if they are going to win this game. 

They are only hitting 31% from beyond the arc.

The Magic are 2-3 in their last five games and 3-2 in their last five games against the number, but they are a very impressive 3-1 in their road games against the number. The totals have gone over in one of their last five games. The Hawks are 4-1 in their last five games and 3-2 in their last five games against the spread and 2-2 in their road contests against the number. 

Orlando will ride the young legs and shooting touch of Banchero.
