One of the worst teams in the league looks for a major upset when the lowly Detroit Pistons battle the Milwaukee Bucks Monday night inside Little Caesars Arena, in Detroit, Michigan. The Bucks got the better of the Pistons last time out and they will jump it up at 7:00 pm.  Bookmaker has installed the Bucks as a heavy 12-point favorite in this clash. 

The Bucks (29-13) are one of the best teams in the league, let alone the Eastern Conference. They sit 16 games over .500 and have ripped off five of eight overall. They are coming off a very high-scoring win over these same Pistons, 141-135, and we expect this one to be a wild one as well. The Pistons covered in the loss as the Bucks were favored by 11 points in that one. 

Milwaukee is paced by an all-time great in Giannis Antetokoumpo who is averaging a staggering 31 points per game to go along with a team-high 11 rebounds. He is netting 22 in his career against the Pistons and might not be able to go on Monday night. He is listed as probable for tonight's contest due to a right shoulder contusion. 

If he can not go, the Bucks will look for veteran point guard Damian Lillard to shoulder the load. He has been a time scorer for the Bucks and is contributing 25 a game in his first season with Milwaukee after spending over a decade with the Portland Trail Blazers out of the western conference. As a team, the Bucks do a great job off the boards and are a great rebounding team too. 

The Pistons (4-38) are in the midst of one of the worst seasons in franchise and league history. They have a horrible team and they have had major issues playing defense this season. They are in the midst of a big-time rebuild and they are looking to just win a couple of games here and there and get into the off-season already.

They have dropped two straight and nine out of ten overall and they are an unheard of 34 games under .500. The fact that they kept their last game against the Bucks close is a miracle. However, this is the NBA, even bad teams can show up on any given night. 

On offense, the Pistons are led by Cade Cunnigham who is averaging 22 points per game and is really playing hard when he is out on the floor. It is a shame the Pistons are wasting his young career right now. He might be able to go on Monday night due to a knee injury and is listed as doubtful. If he can not go the Pistons will really have a hard time scoring even if the Bucks are not at full strength. 

The Pistons are 1-4 in their last five games and 4-1 in their last five games against the number and they are 10-11 in their road games against the spread too. The totals have gone over in three out of their last five games and 11 out of their last 21 games at home.
