The Oklahoma City Thunder get set to take on the streaking and red-hot Utah Jazz Thursday night inside the Delta Center, in Salt Lake City, Utah. They tip it off at 9:00pm and this could be one of the more exciting and interesting games on the league docket tonight. The Jazz have ripped off six straight wins.

The Thunder have enjoyed a very impressive start to their season and entering the new campaign some thought maybe they were ready to take that next step. The Jazz entered the season with high expectations and they believe they have the makeup and the talent to be a tough out come playoff time. They went 37-45 last season and have already won 22 games this season. They are a team that is building something special and they have the pieces in place to contend in the Western Conference. 

Their game against the Golden State Warriors was postponed after Warriors assistant coach Dejan Milojevic was hospitalized Tuesday night with a "sudden and serious health issue" per reports. 

With that being said, Utah now faces a tough Thunder team that will look to contain their best player in power forward Lauri Markkanen, who is averaging around 24 points per contest to go along with close to nine rebounds and just under a pair of assists per game. 

He is a big-time playmaker and loves to run the floor on fast breaks and this is when their guard Jordan Clarkson gets into the mix, as he will push the ball up the floor any chance he gets. 

They love to shoot from the outside and their guard play makes it tough to defend against them. Their athleticism is evident as they have players that love to get out in the open and out on the fast break, including the aftfor mention Clarkson.
