I look for Lamar Jackson to return to the Lamar Jackson of old in the 2023 NFL season as he won’t be playing not to get hurt after securing a new contract.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have gone to one of the greatest quarterbacks of all-time in Tom Brady to a quarterback, Baker Mayfield, who is playing for his 4^th team in three years. However, Brady struggled at times at getting the football down the field last season as Father Time finally caught up to Brady while Mayfield may not be a significant upgrade. I expect there to be more deep balls thrown for the Buccaneers this season. Tampa Bay enters the season projected to finish last place in the NFC South after winning the division each of the previous two seasons and has an over/under win total of 6.5 wins which means they are expected to finish with a losing record for the first time since the 2019 NFL season.
