This matchup features two teams with high expectations entering the season as the Buffalo Bills travel to take on the New York Jets on Monday Night in week 1 of the NFL season. New York finished last season with a record of 7-10 which led to a 4^th place finish in the AFC East and finishing with a losing record for the 6^th consecutive season while missing the playoffs for the 11^th consecutive year. This season, the New York Jets enter the year with an over/under win total of 9.5 wins and based on Vegas odds are projected to be the 2^nd best team in the AFC East only behind the Buffalo Bills.
