NFL Betting Preview: LA Rams vs. New Orleans Saints

Week 16 of the NFL season will kick off on Thursday night when the New Orleans Saints travel to Inglewood, California to face the Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium with the game scheduled to start at 8:15 PM ET and will air on Amazon Prime.

The New Orleans Saints will look to get above .500 and extend their winning streak to three games when they travel to face the Los Angeles Rams.

 

After starting the season with a record of 3-6 heading into their bye week many fans had written the Los Angeles Rams off this season, however, after their bye week the Rams have won four of their last five games and are coming off a 28-20 win at home against the Washington Commanders. If the playoffs started today the Rams would be in as the 7 seed in the NFC.

 

Los Angeles features an above-average rushing and passing offense as they enter this game averaging 121.29 rushing yards and 235.93 passing yards per game. Kyren Williams has been a surprise and has played a pivotal role in the offense this season in his 2nd season in the NFL. Williams enters this game leading the team in rushing with 953 yards and eight touchdowns while adding 30 receptions for 192 yards and three touchdowns.

 

The Rams will look to improve their record to above .500 and take another step closer to locking up a spot in the playoffs when they host the New Orleans Saints on Thursday night.
