The Oklahoma City Thunder get set to take on the Orlando Magic Tuesday night inside the Kia Center from Orlando, Florida. They tip it off at 7:30 pm. This is a very intriguing game on paper and could be a high-scoring affair. 

Bookmaker has installed the Thunder as a slim 2.5 point favorite in this clash. 

The Thunder (36-17) have enjoyed a great season so far and they have the look of a team that is poised to make a deep run into the playoffs and they are a viable option to come out of the Western Conference. 

They have ripped off four wins out of their last seven overall and are right there in the Northwest Standings. They are just 1/2 game back of the first-place Minnesota Timberwolves, who have surprised a ton of teams this season and they are the early talk of the NBA season. 

Oklahoma City has a ton of talent and depth on their roster and they also have grown as a team. They have some really good shooters including sensational point guard Shai Giligeous-Alexander who is torching teams to the tune of 31 a game and he is netting 37 in his career against the Magic. 

He has had some huge games against them and will look to create off the dribble in this one. Jalen Williams has also had a nice season and he can go right to the tin as well, as he is averaging close to 18 a game to go along with just under five assists per contest. 

The Magic (29-24) have won two straight and five of six overall as they have been able to push their record to five games over .500 on the season. Orlando is a fun team and fun story to watch going forward. They also have some athleticism too and some playmakers that can make a difference on the floor. 

One player to watch is 21-year-old power forward Paolo Banchero who is having an outstanding season of his own. He is leading the team in scoring as he is averaging around 22 points per game to go along with 6.9 rebounds per contest. He also runs the floor well, plays solid defense and has energized this team and franchise. 

They are a young team and they have another budding star in Fran Wagner who is contributing a career-high 21 points per game. He is a nice floor general and the offense looks for him to create and set the tone. Orlando connects on 54% from the floor overall this season. 

The Magic are 4-1 in their last five games and 4-1 in their last five games against the number. They are also 18-11 in their road games against the spread too. The Thunder are 3-2 in their last five games and 2-3 in their last five games against the spread. They are also a solid 14-11 in their road games against the number. The totals have gone over in four out of their last five games.
