The upcoming 2023 RSM Classic starts November 16, 2023 at the Sea Island Seaside Course with plenty to choose from in a competitive field. The current betting favorite shows Ludvig Aberg with a moneyline of +1200.

The Seaside Course spans a bit over 7,000 yards and is a Par-70. There are just two par-fives that golfers need to worry about, but 13 of the 18 holes will have water hazards in play.

In the last five years of play, this has appeared to be an easy course for professionals. The winning scores have been near -20. If golfers can showcase great iron play and ability to make consistent birdies on Bermuda grass, they have a shot to win.

Aberg is a good contender to potentially place in the top 10 here. The current 53^rd best golfer in the world has placed at worst T14 over his last seven starts.  His most recent success was a T10 finish at the WWT Championship, giving him plenty of momentum to this one. Out of his last seven starts, he also has a win and a few top five finishes.

J.T. Poston +2800

Poston is coming off of a T3 finish at the Shriners Children’s Open back in October, with a score of -18. Looking at good previous eight starts, he only has two outside the top 25.

His iron play has shown elite levels in the last four events. He also happens to be a resident here, so previous course experience should help him out.
