UFC 297 boasts many appealing fights that are excellent betting opportunities to consider. One battle to check out in the early prelims, is the women's flyweight showdown between Jasmine Jasudavicius and Priscila Cachoeira. 

This will take place on Saturday, January 20, at 6:30 PM ET in Toronto's Scotiabank Arena, with Jasmine Jasudavicius as a heavy favorite with a moneyline at -400.

Cachoeira is coming off of a third round armbar submission defeat to Miranda Maverick back at UFC 291 in July of last year. This loss snapped her previous two-fight win streak, but she has gone 2-2 over her last four battles.

She has put together 12 wins consisting of seven knockouts and five decisions. In four of these seven knockouts, she was able to end it within the first round. She also has three of her five defeats coming by submission.

“Zombie Girl” averages 44 percent of her strikes landed and 33 percent of her takedowns. While she delivers 4.12 significant strikes each minute, she absorbs an enormous 7.13 in return. This cannot continue to happen if she wants any chances at success.

Cachoeira throws in 0.18 takedowns per 15 minutes of combat. She also has defenses of 45 percent against significant strikes and 66 percent against takedowns.
