Chris Gutierrez Betting Preview
Gutierrez just recently had his seven-fight win streak snapped in his last fight. This was a unanimous decision defeat against Pedro Munhoz back at UFC on ESPN 44 in April of this year.
He has compiled 19 wins that consist of nine knockouts, one submission, and nine decisions. He has been able to finish four of his fights in the first round, but has suffered four of his five defeats by decision.
The striking accuracy from "El Guapo” has been at 58 percent and he typically lands takedowns 38 percent of his attempts. His significant strike ratio is good, as he delivers 4.75 and takes on 2.76. This will be key to winning this fight if he can sustain these averages.
He defends well at 65 percent against significant strikes and against takedowns at 74 percent. He has some ground action every now and then, with 0.38 takedowns and 0.13 submissions per 15 minutes of fight time.
Alatengheili Betting Preview
Alatengheili has won his last two fights, so at least he has solid momentum coming into this one. His previous win was a unanimous decision over Chad Anheliger back at UFC 279 in September of last year.
Through his 16 wins, he has earned five knockouts, three submissions, and eight decisions. In his early finishes, four of them have been first round victories. He also has half of his eight defeats by decision.
“The Mongolian Knight” strikes with an accuracy at 34 percent and lands takedowns about 39 percent of the time. He has a negative significant strike ratio of delivering 2.94 strikes each minute and taking on 4.58. If he cannot defend, he will most likely suffer.
He defends solidly against significant strikes at 61 percent and against takedowns at 73 percent. He also manages to add 1.78 takedowns per 15 minutes of action.
Odds, Series Trends and Free Pick
