UFC Fight Night 232 is approaching soon on Saturday, November 18, and features great fights for betting opportunities. Uros Medic (9-1-0) and Myktybek Orolbai (11-1-1) is a heavyweight bout to check out with Orolbai stepping in on late notice. Orolbai is a slight favorite at -140.

Medic is currently on a two-fight winning streak coming into this event. His recent success was a third round TKO (spinning backfist, followed by punches) over Matthew Semelsberger at UFC 291 in July of this year.

He has six first round finishes in his nine victories, which include seven knockouts and two submissions. His only defeat so far has been by submission, which was a few fights back against Jalin Turner.

“The Doctor” has gone 3-1 in UFC fights and was successful in his battle for Dana White’s Contender Series. Prior to that, he went 5-0 in the Alaska FC with only one fight being against a solid opponent.

So far, he has earned the worldwide rank of the 52^nd-best welterweight fighter. With a last minute change of his opponent, anything could happen in this matchup.

Orolbai takes this battle a few days away from the event. He is currently on a six-fight win streak, with his most recent win being a second round knockout against Hayward Charles back at Legacy Fighting Alliance 170 event.

Out of his 11 wins, six have come by knockout, four by submission, and one by decision. Seven of these wins have ended in the first round and his only defeat has come by decision.

He has earned solid wins in the LFA, where he went 3-0 in that competition. Leading up to that, he had a failed attempt at the Absolute Championship Akhmat and was his only loss.

He does not yet have any worldwide rankings, but has several regional rankings. He is the ninth-best welterweight in the United States and 11^th overall in Central Asia.

MyBookie has this matchup slightly favoring Myktybek Orolbai to win. This is interesting, especially since he is coming in on short notice.

Orolbai’s resume is compelling to look at, but diving deeper into it shows some easier wins. With Medic, he has an established resume already in the UFC against a few good competitors.

So far, he lands 6.97 significant strikes each minute and takes on 3.92. This is an excellent difference between the two averages and it will likely make an impact in this fight for him to win.
